Our Medical Administrative Assistant is Ava Haroldson, MIBC, a native of Seattle, Washington. She graduated from North Seattle College, Seattle, Washington, with a Certificate of Achievement in Medical Insurance Billing & Coding and an Associate of Arts Degree in General Studies. She was trained in Electronic Health Records (EHR) at Everett Community College.
She has previously been employed at Swedish Visiting Nurse Services, Amerigroup Washington, and The Polyclinic. Ava has been with the practice since 2016. She is licensed in the State of Washington as a Medical Assistant, Registered. She is also a member of the Washington State Podiatric Medical Assistants Association.

Our Patient Accounts management care is provided by Stat Medical Billing Company, owned and operated by Rachel Greenberg. They have been working with our practice since 2006.
