Our Medical Assistant is Tyler Tureno, PMAC, a native of Sumner, Washington. Tyler assists with the administrative and clinical aspects of the practice. He is a graduate of Everest College in Renton, Washington, where he serves on its Advisory Board. He has been with the practice since 2006, and is a Certified Podiatric Medical Assistant. Tyler is a member of the American Society of Podiatric Medical Assistants.
Our billing department, Stat Medical Billing Company, owned and operated by Rachel Greenberg, has been working with our practice since 2006. Your patient account representative is Nelly Gazarova.
Customer Service: Tyler and Nelly are your points of reference and will be happy to help you. For all billing inquiries, please contact the billing department. Our clinical site does not handle billing matters; we focus on rendering medical and surgical care. If the question is clinical in nature, please call the office and explain to the staff in detail. All matters will be noted and investigated thoroughly, and communicated back to you in a timely manner.
