EXPERIENCE
- Dr. Hoy is certified by both boards recognized by the American Podiatric Medical Association.
- He has over a decade of experience providing excellent foot and ankle medical, biomechanical and surgical services. Our office has been serving patients since 1990.
- Dr. Hoy has worked with residents of the Swedish Podiatric Surgical Residency as an attending physician in surgery and in the wound healing center.
- He instructs residents of the Swedish Cherry Hill Family Medicine Residency Program and is a member of the Clinical Faculty as Teaching Associate with the University of Washington School of Medicine. He also mentors pre-medical students from the University.
- Dr. Hoy’s practice is also a clinical training site for medical assistants. He is a member of the Board of Advisors of Everest College.

- Dr. Hoy serves patients from the very heart of his hometown of Seattle. In the historic Medical Dental Building, our office is easily accessible to all to who work, live and shop here. It also offers remarkable views of the city.
- In addition to American English, Dr. Hoy also speaks Spanish and Chinese. He is the attending podiatrist at Kin On Health Care Center.

- Dr. Hoy has administrative credentials. He is a Certified Outpatient Billing Specialist with the American Institute of Healthcare Compliance, and is in the process of becoming certified by the Professional Association of Health Care Office Management. Our office staff understands and abides by national regulations governing medical billing.
- Our office’s nationally certified electronic medical records system improves quality of care, allows patients to access their records in real time and provides referring providers quick turnaround of patient notes. We meet federal government applicable objectives and associated measures for the meaningful use of certified electronic health record technology.
