Our Distinctions

- Dr. Hoy attended the medical school that pioneered the sciences of orthotic therapy and podiatric surgery.
- He has practiced in San Antonio, Texas, a world center of excellence for research on the diabetic foot.
- Dr. Hoy has worked with residents of the Swedish Podiatric Surgical Residency as an attending physician in surgery and at the Swedish Wound Healing Center.
- He instructs residents of the Swedish Cherry Hill Family Medicine Residency Program and is a member of the Clinical Faculty as Teaching Associate with the University of Washington School of Medicine. He also mentors pre-medical students from the University.
- Dr. Hoy’s practice is also a clinical training site for medical assistants. He is a member of the Board of Advisors of Everest College.

- Our office’s nationally certified electronic medical records system improves quality of care, allows patients to access their records in real time and provides referring providers quick turnaround of patient notes. We have been accepted by the federal government as demonstrating meaningful use of certified electronic health record technology by meeting the applicable objectives and associated measures.
- In addition to American English, Dr. Hoy also speaks Spanish and Chinese. He is an attending podiatrist at Kin On Health Care Center.
- Dr. Hoy has served on the Board of Trustees of the Washington State Podiatric Medical Association.
- We are an Accredited Business of the Better Business Bureau with “A” Rating. Every patient is provided a patient survey at the end of every visit for feedback.
